Pay: $20.00–$21.00/hour
About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to join our Finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone highly organized, customer-focused, and able to balance accuracy with efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in resolving customer claims while maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate, review, and resolve customer claims and billing discrepancies.
- Communicate with customers, sales reps, and internal teams to gather documentation and resolve issues.
- Post payments, adjustments, and credit memos according to company policies.
- Monitor AR balances and follow up to ensure timely resolution of claims
- Maintain detailed documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Support the AR Manager and accounting team with additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, accounting, or customer claims resolution.
- Experience in the produce or food distribution industry is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
