✈️What You’ll Do:
As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you’ll help keep our operations running smoothly by:
- Processing incoming and outgoing shipments using warehouse management systems.
- Verifying deliveries, inspecting parts, and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Preparing materials for shipment, including hazardous goods packaging.
- Creating and maintaining FAA documentation for aviation parts.
- Supporting inventory control and quality assurance processes.
- Reporting any irregularities or non-conformities.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily shipping goals.
✅What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (aviation experience is a plus!).
- Familiarity with aviation parts and quality standards (domestic and international).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and squatting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and basic computer skills.
- Prior 8130 documentation experience is helpful—but we’ll train the right person!

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
