Job DescriptionGreat organization is in need of someone who wants to lead, look for opportunities for improvement, implement strategy, etc. You will not be working at a desk. Conduct reviews, resolve conflicts, hire and train new staff, and manage agency software systems. Must be highly proficient in Epic and coordinate training and individual accountability. Lead by example. Will assist with marketing; prefers a BA or 2-20 or equivalent. Minimum of 10 years on the agency side of the business and 5 years in a leadership role. Will also work closely with producers and insurance company reps. Act as the right-hand to the ownership group in guiding and implementing new policies. This is a mostly in-office position; you can work from home when needed.
