Reel Yaks is a fast-growing outdoor adventure brand specializing in high-quality kayaks and gear. We're passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and are looking for a reliable, tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to join our team part-time.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer service professional to handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat. This is a part-time, remote role (20 hours/week), ideally suited to someone based in Florida or on the U.S. East Coast for time zone alignment.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and live chat

Assist customers with order questions, returns, product information, and general support

Process and update orders in Shopify

Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and over the phone

Accurately complete tasks using Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and other systems
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3–4 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar setting

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong computer literacy and ability to multitask across platforms

Experience with tools like Shopify, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, email platforms, and other digital systems

A friendly, problem-solving attitude and a self-starter mindset
