Reel Yaks is a fast-growing outdoor adventure brand specializing in high-quality kayaks and gear. We're passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and are looking for a reliable, tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to join our team part-time.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer service professional to handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat. This is a part-time, remote role (20 hours/week), ideally suited to someone based in Florida or on the U.S. East Coast for time zone alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and live chat

  • Assist customers with order questions, returns, product information, and general support

  • Process and update orders in Shopify

  • Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and over the phone

  • Accurately complete tasks using Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and other systems

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar setting

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong computer literacy and ability to multitask across platforms

  • Experience with tools like Shopify, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, email platforms, and other digital systems

  • A friendly, problem-solving attitude and a self-starter mindset

  • Quiet, professional home work environment and reliable internet connection
