Job Summary:
Ken’s Gutters LLC, Florida’s fastest-growing gutter cleaning company, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Dispatcher to join our team on-site. This role is essential in coordinating daily operations, managing technician schedules, and ensuring efficient and timely service for our customers. The ideal candidate has prior experience in dispatching or logistics within a field services environment and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily job schedules for field service technicians
Dispatch crews efficiently and monitor job progress in real-time
Communicate clearly with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
Optimize routing to reduce travel time and maximize productivity
Utilize CRM and dispatching software to track jobs and technician activity
Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to resolve issues quickly
Train and support junior dispatchers or administrative staff as needed
Maintain accurate service records and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or fleet coordination
Experience in home services (e.g., gutter, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping) preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with dispatch software, CRM platforms, and GPS routing tools
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proven leadership skills and the ability to take initiative
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary: $60,000 – $80,000/year (based on experience)
Monthly productivity bonuses
