Compensation and Benefits:

· Hourly Pay: $21/hour (Monday-Friday)

· Weekend Pay: $25/hour or overtime on Saturdays (if qualifications are met)

· Weekly Commissions/Bonuses

· Paid Two-Week Training

· Health Insurance with a 50% employer-paid subsidy on the base policy (for qualified agents)

· Hours: 40 hours per week

Monday-Friday: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Hours Subject to change)
Saturdays (as needed): 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Description:

As an In-Office Licensed Insurance Agent specializing in Medicare Advantage plans, you will be responsible for:

• Field inbound calls and assist clients with Medicare Advantage plan options, conduct needs assessments, and complete enrollments.

• Provide expert advice and clear explanations of insurance products, benefits, and cost-saving opportunities.

• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory CMS requirements, carrier guidelines, and company policies.

• Represent the company professionally in all internal and external communications.

• Participate in a supportive, team-oriented environment with ongoing training, coaching, and opportunities for career growth.

• Develop deep expertise in the Medicare and health insurance markets to help seniors make informed, confident decisions.

· Must possess an active Insurance Sales License (2-40 or 2-15).

· Licensed in at least 15 states

· 2026 AHIP Certification.

· Carrier certifications completed.

· Minimum 6 months of previous Medicare Sales experience required.

· Sunfire experience is a MUST.
