Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Location: 100% on-site in Boynton Beach, FL
Type: Contract to Hire
Pay: $16-$18/hour
Purchasing duties
- Create & send POs to vendors.
- Follow up with vendors and confirm PO prices within 24 hrs.
- Create new inventory items in BP as needed.
- Assist with identifying/mapping of items for all new acquisitions.
- Running and cleaning up Open PO reports.
- Assisting branches with researching/resolving
- Assist Purchasing Manager with special projects as they arise.
Admin duties
- Enter service jobs/work order for all branches within 24 hrs. of receiving it.
- Assist WPB location with their paperwork.
- Running and clearing up Open Service jobs.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & word.
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Show up everyday on time with a great attitude.
Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
