  • Prepare, organize, and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, notices, and community communications

  • Serve as a contact for homeowner inquiries, routing requests appropriately and ensuring timely follow-up

  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice tracking, payment processing support, and expense documentation (no CPA responsibilities)

  • Coordinate logistics for HOA meetings, elections, and community events (virtual and/or in-person)

  • Support vendor coordination by tracking service schedules, insurance certificates, and contract renewals

  • Ensure compliance with HOA policies, governing documents, and applicable regulations through accurate recordkeeping

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus. Computer skills necessary.
  • Knowledge and application of computer skills and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
