We are looking for an Office Admin for full time work in Pompano Beach.
Job Overview: The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day office activities to ensure a productive and organized work environment. Must be familiar with AIA's, COI's, Certified Payrolls, ect.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate individuals.
- Maintain and update office records, including employee files, vendor contracts, and other important documents.
- Prepare and modify documents, including reports, memos, and presentations.

Office Organization:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that inventory is stocked and readily available.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office space.

Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact between employees, clients, and external partners.
- Distribute internal communications and announcements.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of company newsletters or updates.

Facilities Management:
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Liaise with building management for facility-related issues.
- Manage relationships with office vendors and service providers.
