We are looking for an Office Admin for full time work in Pompano Beach.

Job Overview: The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day office activities to ensure a productive and organized work environment. Must be familiar with AIA's, COI's, Certified Payrolls, ect.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:

    • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate individuals.
    • Maintain and update office records, including employee files, vendor contracts, and other important documents.
    • Prepare and modify documents, including reports, memos, and presentations.
  2. Office Organization:

    • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that inventory is stocked and readily available.
    • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
    • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office space.
  3. Communication:

    • Serve as a point of contact between employees, clients, and external partners.
    • Distribute internal communications and announcements.
    • Assist in the preparation and distribution of company newsletters or updates.
  4. Facilities Management:

    • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
    • Liaise with building management for facility-related issues.
    • Manage relationships with office vendors and service providers.
