TEAM SCG is seeking a driven and solutions-oriented Account Specialist to join our Sales crew! In this role, youll work with enterprise clients to develop and deliver promotional merchandise solutions that elevate their iconic brands and drive meaningful engagement. This is a highly collaborative position that requires a balance of consultative selling, creative problem-solving, and precise project management.

Job Description:
As an Account Specialist, youll work directly with clients to design and deliver memorable branded merchandise from one-off activations to full-scale merchandise programs. Your day-to-day includes:
- Client Discovery & Creative Solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their audience, goals, and budget. Then pitch product recommendations that align with their vision whether its for a health fair activation, a corporate retreat, or an internal DEI campaign.
- Sales Execution & Product Sourcing
- Leverage your research skills and supplier knowledge
to find smart, fresh solutions from a diverse supplier network. Think creatively while staying grounded in pricing, lead times, and overall feasibility.

- Identify organic opportunities throughout the year to grow client accounts

- Own the backend. Track vendor communications, timelines, and proofing. Ensure that projects stay on time, on budget, and on brand.
Qualifications:
- 25 years of client-facing sales experience in a creative, product, or service-based environment
- Can confidently pitch product ideas that are both relevant and differentiated
- Are naturally curious and excited to learn the ins and outs of branded merchandise
- Have a sharp eye for detail and thrive on executing projects from concept to delivery
- Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, vendors, and teammates
- Can juggle multiple accounts, timelines, and tasks without breaking a sweat
- Bonus points if youve worked with industry tools like commonsku, ASI, or Sage, but not required
