The Compliance Officer is responsible for supporting the CCO perform his/her duties. Assist ensuring Girosol is in compliance with the Regulations established by the Federal and State Regulatory agencies.
Job Responsibilities:
- States Reporting
- Corporate Annual Reports
- State Licensing
- Unclaimed Property reports
- Annual Due Diligence for Banks
- Payer’s Due Diligence
- Annual background check for employees
- Training for employees
- SAR & CTR filing
- Audit Preparation
- New agent application approval
- Quarterly OFAC testing
- Quarterly clean desk testing
- Report Agents List to FINCEN
- Report 314B to FINCEN
- FINCEN Registration renewal
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual – English-Spanish
- Ability to give presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
