Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site P&C Insurance Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will service an established book of business while also building relationships with new and existing clients. You will work closely with insurance carriers, manage the renewal process, establish referral partnerships, and provide thoughtful guidance and policy recommendations tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Service and manage an established book of P&C business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners
- Quote, advise, and recommend appropriate insurance coverage solutions
- Work directly with insurance carriers on policies, endorsements, and renewals
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records
Qualifications
- Active Florida 2-20 License (required)
- Strong knowledge of insurance policy forms and industry practices
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Proficiency with technology and agency management systems
Compensation
Salary is based on experience and performance.
Compensation Range: $45,000 – $65,000, with performance-based rewards.
