We are seeking a full-time HVAC Dispatcher to join our team in Winter Haven, FL. This customer service position is responsible for managing customer calls, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating technician activities to ensure efficient operations.

WHO ARE WE?

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This is a full-time HVAC Dispatcher position with standard business hours. However, flexibility may be required to accommodate customer needs and service demands.


WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As an HVAC Dispatcher, you will handle incoming customer calls, schedule service appointments, and assign jobs to technicians based on skill level and location. You will be responsible for tracking job progress, providing updates to customers, and ensuring efficient routing of technicians. Throughout the day, you will troubleshoot customer inquiries, relay important information between customers and technicians, and provide logistical support to field staff. You will demonstrate your organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to deliver excellent customer service every day.
