Location: Tampa, FL
Schedule: 10:00am-7:00pm Monday- Friday + Rotating Weekends
Pay: $17-$25 hourly.

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and schedule service calls for plumbing, heating, and air technicians
- Assign jobs to appropriate field personnel based on skills, location, and availability
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding appointment times and updates
- Monitor technicians’ schedules and adjust as needed for emergencies or delays
- Maintain accurate records of calls, schedules, and job statuses in the dispatch system
- Work closely with the Service Manager to optimize daily routes and productivity
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via email
- Other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous dispatching experience in the home services industry preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and in fast-paced environments
- Proficient with scheduling software and basic computer applications
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
