Global Greenz is a growing, locally owned landscape company on Florida’s Space Coast, and we’re looking for a driven Operations Manager to help lead our field teams, elevate customer experience, and support the continued growth of our maintenance and landscape divisions. This role is for a team-first leader who enjoys coaching, training, and building strong, organized systems that help people win. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and support foremen and field crews to ensure quality, efficiency, and professionalism on every property Train team members on company standards, safety, and operational procedures Serve as a point of contact for customers, resolving issues and creating upsell opportunities through strong relationships Oversee daily scheduling, routing, and production flow Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational checklists Work closely with leadership to improve systems, SOPs, and team performance Help drive company culture, accountability, and growth mindset What We’re Looking For Team-player mentality with a passion for coaching and developing people Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized Strong customer service skills with the ability to identify and create upsell opportunities Confident communicator who leads with professionalism and respect Problem-solver who can adapt in a fast-paced, outdoor operations environment Experience & Qualifications 3–5 years of lawn care / landscaping industry experience (required) Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Aspire software experience is a strong plus Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Comfortable working both in the field and in an office/operations role Why Global Greenz?
