Warehouse Loader – 2nd Shift (1 PM – 9 PM)
Fort Myers, FL | Full-Time | 2nd Shift

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Safely maneuver and load pallets of full goods onto trailers
- Receive domestic orders from other facilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of warehouse and equipment
- Execute dock schedules with 100% accuracy
- Maximize dock door utilization and line load efficiency
- Perform pick ticket processing and inbound/return receipts
- Communicate with carriers and yard utilities to streamline operations
- Maintain dock office standards and resolve order discrepancies
- Collaborate across departments to improve processes
- Complete daily logs and documentation accurately
- Support warehouse and palletizer teams as needed
What You Bring to the Table:
- Forklift experience (required)
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
- Strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes
- Ability to identify product quality issues (e.g., leakers, damaged cases)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility for overtime, vacation coverage, and off-shifts
- 2–3 years of warehouse experience preferred
