Job DescriptionWe’re partnered with a high-growth organization creating a new Field Marketing Manager role to support 107+ locations across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. This position serves as the central point of contact between Corporate Marketing and the field, ensuring national programs are executed consistently and effectively at the local level.
This is a corporate-based, administrative field marketing role—you’ll be the “eyes and ears” of corporate for the field, but you will not be traveling center-to-center.
What You’ll Do
Translate corporate marketing initiatives into clear, actionable programs for all locations
Serve as the primary marketing support contact for center and franchise leaders
Manage rollout of new programs including collateral, signage, branding guidelines, and local events
Coordinate ordering, distribution, and execution of marketing materials across all locations
Support local marketing activations and community events through planning and guidance
Track execution, adoption, and performance to improve local ROI and consistency
Gather field feedback, competitive insights, and execution challenges to inform corporate strategy
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
7–10+ years of field or local marketing experience in a multi-location or DTC retail environment
Strong project management and communication skills
Experience managing marketing materials, signage, and in-store execution
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning multiple initiatives at once
