Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Deerfield Beach, Florida. In this role, you will focus on ensuring compliance with I-9 documentation and other HR-related tasks. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in human resources and a strong understanding of employment verification processes.

Responsibilities:
• Review and verify I-9 forms for accuracy and compliance with federal regulations.
• Update and record employee identification information on I-9 forms systematically.
• Identify outdated or incomplete I-9 documentation and communicate with employees to obtain updated records.
• Conduct audits of manual I-9 forms and ensure all records are properly documented.
• Provide guidance on acceptable forms of identification for I-9 compliance.
• Collaborate with employees to resolve any discrepancies in employment verification.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all completed I-9 forms.
• Support HR operations by assisting with background checks, benefit functions, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Utilize HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Dayforce to update and track compliance-related data.• Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar role, with a focus on I-9 compliance.
• Strong familiarity with federal guidelines for employment verification and acceptable identification forms.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Dayforce.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and resolving documentation issues.
• Experience conducting audits and ensuring compliance in HR processes.
• Knowledge of procedures related to benefit administration.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
