Position Summary
The Online Chat Support Agent is responsible for delivering fast, friendly, and accurate assistance to customers through our live chat platform. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product or service information—all while maintaining a positive brand experience. Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner

Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system

Monitor multiple chat sessions simultaneously while ensuring quality service

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

Previous experience in customer service or chat support is a plus
