Now hiring a Recruiter to support a high-volume talent acquisition team in the automotive sector. This is a 100% onsite, Monday–Friday role based in West Palm Beach, FL, with standard dealership hours (8:30 AM–5:30 PM). The position is temp-to-perm and offers growth potential for candidates eager to learn the industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview
The Recruiting role is an entry-level role focused on supporting the recruiting function. You’ll assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for entry-level roles with high turnover, such as service advisors and coordinators. No prior automotive experience is required—just a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job boards, referrals, community outreach, and online platforms

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Maintain and update recruitment tracking spreadsheets

Monitor background checks, drug screenings, and employment verifications

Represent the company at job fairs and college recruitment events

Communicate consistently with HR and hiring managers about candidate status
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

2–4 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, full-cycle environment

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Comfortable using phone, Zoom, and online meeting platforms

Basic understanding of HR principles and recruiting practices
