Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to lead our lifecycle marketing efforts and drive engagement across all digital channels. This role requires a creative and analytical individual who can craft compelling campaigns, optimize user experiences, and work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance customer retention. Responsibilities:
• Design and implement automated email marketing flows, including welcome sequences, replenishment reminders, cross-sell campaigns, and win-back strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, creative assets, calls-to-action, and email send times to improve overall performance.
• Partner with creative and copywriting teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice, bilingual requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Manage e-commerce promotions, product bundles, and merchandising calendars for platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
• Optimize product pages by refining titles, descriptions, cross-sell opportunities, and clearance strategies to maximize sales.
• Enhance on-site user experience by managing banners, pop-ups, landing pages, and checkout flows.
• Collaborate with development and UX teams to improve website speed, navigation, and mobile-first design.
• Monitor analytics to identify gaps in the conversion funnel and recommend actionable solutions.
• Align email marketing initiatives with broader brand campaigns and retail launches to maintain consistency.
• Stay updated on emerging lifecycle marketing tools and present insights to the team.• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 5 years specializing in lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and user data.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with e-commerce merchandising and optimization techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
