Category Manager (x2)
Location: Miami, FL – Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote)
Compensation: $95,000 – $120,000 base salary
Bonus: Up to 20% based on KPI performance
About the Role:
SWCORP is seeking two Category Managers to lead and grow key product categories across e-commerce platforms and big-box retailers. This role is responsible for driving sales, protecting margins, managing global sourcing, and optimizing product performance across Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowe’s, and direct-to-consumer channels.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in durable goods, pricing strategy, inventory management, and cross-functional project leadership. We are looking for someone who can work with speed, accuracy, and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead category performance across Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Costco, and direct-to-consumer platforms.

Manage global sourcing, vendor selection, and cost negotiations to drive cost savings and protect margins.

Track product profitability by SKU and make strategic decisions to discontinue, promote, or bundle products.

Actively manage inventory, focusing on:

Inventory turnover
-
Aging inventory
-
Excess inventory
-
Slow movers
-

Maintain supplier performance management to ensure on-time delivery, product quality, and competitive pricing.

Oversee pricing strategies across all channels to maintain margin protection and competitiveness.

Approve and audit purchase orders (POs) to ensure accuracy and alignment with demand forecasts.

Collaborate with finance, supply chain, sales, and logistics teams to ensure category plans align with company goals.

Lead cross-functional product launches with tight deadlines, ensuring content, pricing, and backend readiness.

Partner with marketing to update A+ content and promotional strategies across all platforms.

Build and manage Excel-based profitability trackers, inventory reports, pricing sheets, and category analytics.

Work closely with Home Depot and Lowe’s buyers to support category growth, approvals, and pricing updates.

Oversee content and pricing cleanups on Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot backend, and other channels.

Travel is required for key corporate events, supplier visits, and trade shows as needed.
What We’re Looking For:

E-commerce experience managing Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Costco, and DTC platforms.

Global sourcing experience (vendor sourcing, price negotiations, and cost savings).

Strong Excel skills and ERP system experience (Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).

Experience working with major vendors and big-box retailers.

Amazon platform experience including Seller Central, pricing management, and storefront promotions.

Experience managing luxury/durable goods with 1,000+ SKUs.

Strong knowledge of finished products, BOMs, and product life cycle management.

Ability to learn SWCORP’s product lines quickly and understand the competitive landscape.

Experience in pricing strategy and margin protection across multiple sales channels.

Must have inventory control experience, including managing slow movers and excess inventory.

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams to completion.

Strong presentation skills—able to communicate with leadership, suppliers, and key partners.
