Closing Coordinator
Denison Yachting has long been a leader in the yachting industry with a rich family history dating back to 1948, with the start of Broward Marine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Today, the company provides complete yachting services worldwide from sales and charter to crew placement and new construction. Denison has multiple waterfront offices from coast to coast around the U.S.
We are looking for a motivated, goal and detail oriented individual to join our Closing Team full- time in our Florida Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish a good work flow with assigned Brokers to anticipate their needs and make for a smoother closing
- Work closely with Closing Manager and Closing Director
- Coordinate the closing process with clients, financial institutions, brokers and documentation agents
- Communicating with clients, brokers and their representatives in professional manner to gather information for yacht sales closings
- Assist with reviewing of tax status, corporate status, US customs regulations, lien status for each closing
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Document preparation and processing
- Ensuring closing procedures are followed
- Ensuring documents/files for each closing are up to date
- Ensuring deal information is filtered into our databases accurately
- Assist with General Administrative tasks when necessary
- Assist in generating various monthly reports
- Contribute to the overall success and efficiency of the closing

Education, Experience
- Yacht Sales Administration and Closing Experience preferred
- Comparable experience in administrative roles, real estate or legal documentation considered
- Customer Service Experience
- Computer Proficient, particularly Excel, Word, Adobe
- Minimum High School Diploma, Associate's degree preferred
- Bilingual a plus
