UNCS IS HIRING JUNIOR BUYERS
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (local candidates only)
Compensation: $58,656K-65K base salary + commissions + benefits
Type: Full-time

About the Role
We’re looking for Junior Buyers — energetic, persuasive communicators who can build relationships, find opportunities, and help us source great product deals. You’ll start as a Junior Buyer with full training and support, and as you gain experience and a book of business, you can grow into a full Buyer role with greater earning potential.
What You’ll Do
· Source and negotiate overstock, closeout, and liquidation deals from manufacturers and distributors
· Build and maintain relationships with suppliers over the phone and email
· Research new product categories and sourcing opportunities
· Collaborate with the operations team on purchasing, logistics, and inventory management
· Attend trade shows and supplier meetings as needed (travel required)
What We’re Looking For
· Local to the Fort Lauderdale area (or within commuting distance)
· Strong communicator – confident and persuasive on the phone
· Tech/Ai Savvy
· Motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn
· Open to travel
· Previous experience in sales, buying, or negotiation is a plus, but not required
