We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support business development for a growing talent acquisition and workforce solutions firm. This role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, and marketing outreach to businesses that need help with hiring, recruiting, and workforce management.
The ideal candidate has experience in inside sales, B2B/B2C sales, customer service, or marketing/telemarketing, and is comfortable prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting meetings with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls and emails across an array of verticals to prospective businesses
- Generate and qualify B2B leads for staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions
- Identify companies with active or upcoming hiring needs
- Schedule discovery calls and sales meetings with qualified prospects
- Follow up on inbound marketing leads and referral opportunities
- Execute targeted sales and marketing outreach campaigns
- Build and manage a sales pipeline using a CRM system
- Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to align client needs with available talent
- Track outreach activity, lead status, and performance metrics
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in inside sales, business development, or outbound sales
- Strong phone, email, and virtual communication skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume prospecting
- Goal-driven and results-oriented mindset
- Basic experience with CRM software and sales tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or workforce solutions
- B2B sales experience
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
- Knowledge of hiring trends and workforce challenges across industries
