The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist who knows how to make every customer feel like a VIP. This is a full-time, on-site position where you’ll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, helping players, answering questions, and making sure every interaction leaves them smiling.
Think of yourself as part problem-solver, part brand ambassador, and part customer cheerleader. If you love connecting with people and can handle a busy phone line without breaking a sweat, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first impression – Answer inbound calls with a warm, professional, and upbeat tone.
- Solve problems fast – Assist customers with account questions, troubleshoot issues, and find solutions quickly.
- Keep it accurate – Share correct product info and make sure customers leave with clear answers.
- Create happy customers – Handle concerns with empathy and turn challenges into positive experiences.
- Stay organized – Log calls and details into our CRM so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Team up – Work with other departments to make the customer experience seamless.
- A knack for friendly, clear communication , both over the phone and in writing.
- Experience in customer service, call centers, or a similar role (inbound preferred).
- The ability to stay calm, cool, and collected when things get busy.
- Comfort using computers, CRM systems, and basic troubleshooting steps.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- The ability to work in our Fort Lauderdale office during scheduled hours.
