We are looking for a Warehouse Associate / Logistics Coordinator to join Magnetic Trading team in Miami (FL), USA.
Your role will be to provide necessary support to our Sales Director with daily tasks related to sales
of aircraft components and material.
Main responsibilities
- Collaborating with the sales team to monitor requests, active purchase orders and make
sure that orders are completed on time - Organizing shipments, filing information in internal systems, and preparing needed
paperwork - Issuing invoices for customers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through
excellent service - Ensuring compliance with established internal policies and guidelines
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Help physically inspect, receive & book components in our system
- Picking up and delivering orders locally
Main Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse work, shipping & receiving goods
- Proven experience in sales, logistics, or other administrative positions would be considered
- as advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills
- Goal-driven and proactive attitude, persuasiveness, stress tolerance
- Ability to work with IT systems and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and a helpful team player with a high level of dedication
- Knowledge of Quantum is a big plus
- Valid driver's license (Florida)
