HR Business Partner – Manufacturing | On-site – Florida + Support for Puerto Rico
We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our 150+ employee manufacturing site and 14 associates in Puerto Rico. This on-site role is a key advisor to leaders and employees, driving initiatives in employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, onboarding, and policy administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as main point of contact for LOA, payroll, tuition reimbursement, and worker’s comp
- Support recruiting efforts, onboarding, and job description alignment
- Conduct HR audits in ADP & SuccessFactors to ensure data accuracy
- Deliver HR training and support talent management programs
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance culture, morale, and retention
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR experience, or 3+ years with a relevant degree
- 3+ years in a manufacturing or similar environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors a plus)
Preferred:
- Bilingual (Spanish and/or Creole)
- Familiarity with LEAN methodologies
- High attention to detail and proactive mindset
