Executive Assistant/Estimator for FPL Master Contractor- New Development Division
Responsibilities
- Estimating Underground Utility projects
- Creating and updating 811 Sunshine locate tickets
- Filing Notice to Owners
- Updating Production and workflow spreadsheets
- Participation in weekly Division Team meetings
- Creating Project Packages for Crews
- Potential Project Management
- Crew Timesheet and Production monitoring
- Possible Work Site Observation Reporting
Education / Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- English proficiency required.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
