This is a fully remote position but candidates must be based in Wisconsin or Florida for consideration.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, to support the organizations financial integrity.
- Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial reports in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Account reconciliations, GL/journal entries
- Posting payrolls
- Control point for Accounts Payable
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and project accounting
- Assist with forecasting, month end close, and both internal and external audits
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in finance related position
- Experience with Due-To-From accounts
- Applied knowledge and experience using Quickbooks for business
- Bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, or related field preferred
