Job Title: Valet Key Attendant

Location: Memorial Regional Hospital – Hollywood, FL
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Fusion Parking is seeking a Valet Key Attendant, specializing in the intake, securing, accounting, and distribution of vehicle keys for valet drivers and guests arriving and departing the facility. This role ensures the security and accurate tracking of keys and vehicles while delivering friendly, high-quality service to patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities
Key Handling & Accountability

  • Receive, tag, and securely store keys for vehicles brought in by guests.
  • Accurately document key information to track vehicle locations and ensure rapid retrieval.
  • Distribute keys promptly and correctly to valet drivers when guests depart.
  • Monitor and maintain an organized key storage system throughout your shift.

Customer Interaction & Service

  • Greet guests courteously as they arrive at the valet station.
  • Communicate professionally with visitors about the valet process when needed.
  • Collaborate with valet drivers and parking staff to maintain smooth operations.

Security & Recordkeeping

  • Ensure all keys are handled securely to protect guest property.
  • Maintain detailed logs and follow hospital policies for key control and security.
  • Report any discrepancies, lost keys, or security concerns immediately to management.

Support & Other Duties

  • Assist with general valet area upkeep and organization.
  • Help in coordinating vehicle retrieval and guest departures as needed.

Qualifications & Skills
Required:

  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organization skills.
  • Reliable communication skills to interact with staff and guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in valet operations, hospitality, customer service, or security roles.
  • Familiarity with key tracking systems, valet management software, or similar tools.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
