This is an onsite, front-line role where you will directly serve Broward County residents with essential government services in property tax, vehicle/vessel registration, and other services.

A Day in the Life as a Client Service Representative
You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a positive customer experience. Duties include:
- Assisting clients with property tax payments, auto tag renewals, vehicle and vessel registration, and driver license services
- Conducting driving tests and VIN inspections
- Handling cashiering, accurate posting of payments, and daily till balancing
- Managing data entry, reports, correspondence, and supply inventory
- Providing professional, friendly customer service to every resident
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Associate’s degree or minimum of 60 college credits required
- Experience: At least one year of customer service and data entry experience preferred
- Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
- Requirements:
- Valid Florida Class E (or higher) driver license
- Successful completion of a fingerprint-based FBI background check
- Ability to meet state and federal standards for driver license examiners

Work Conditions:
Equipment, Machinery, Tools, and Materials Utilization:
Requires the ability to operate, maneuver and/or control the actions of equipment, machinery, tools, passenger vehicles and/or materials used in performing essential functions inclusive of conducting road tests for driver’s license clients.
Physical Ability:
Tasks require the ability to exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work, with periodic walking, bending, stooping, and some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (5-10 pounds). Tasks may involve extended periods of time at a keyboard or workstation.
Sensory Requirements:
Some tasks require the ability to perceive and discriminate visual cues or signals, and to communicate orally and in writing.
Environmental Factors:
Performance of essential functions may require exposure to adverse environmental conditions, such as rude/irate clients, or weather conditions including sun exposure.
This position requires occasional evening hours, and infrequent weekend hours.
