We are seeking a professional and friendly Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively manage a variety of tasks with a positive attitude. As the Office Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain and manage office supplies inventory.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common office equipment.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
