Day to Day:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, handling mail and inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining confidentiality and excellent customer service.
