Compensation: $40K–$50K Base + Uncapped Commission + Monthly Bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Drive Revenue: Find opportunities, follow up hard, and close deals
✔ Build Relationships: Become the go-to partner for commercial & industrial clients
✔ Manage Projects: Work alongside our engineers & technicians from proposal to completion
✔ Present Solutions: Sell lighting, electrical, and EV charging projects your clients actually need
✔ Grow Fast: We’ll train you, support you, and give you the tools to win—every day
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience (construction/electrical a strong plus)
- A self-starter who can communicate, negotiate, and close
- Someone who thrives on hitting goals and smashing targets
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a willingness to learn
