The Door-to-Door / Phone Sales Representative is a front line growth driver for GULFSHINE Services Inc. This role focuses on generating new residential and commercial clients through direct, proactive outreach, either face-to-face in neighborhoods or through outbound phone sales. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who are confident, persuasive, and driven by results, with earnings directly tied to performance. Sales Representatives will promote GULFSHINE’s professional window cleaning and exterior services while building trust, educating clients, and converting leads into booked jobs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales outreach in assigned residential and commercial areas.
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients and follow up on warm leads.
- Clearly explain GULFSHINE’s window cleaning and exterior services, pricing, and eco-friendly advantages.
- Generate and close new business through confident, professional communication.
- Collect accurate customer information and coordinate with the Sales Coordinator for scheduling and service delivery.
- Maintain positive, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Represent GULFSHINE professionally at all times while in the field or on the phone.
