Position: Lead Line Cook
Job Type: Part-Time (Evenings, 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Schedule: Closed on Sundays & Mondays
We’re seeking a Lead Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is perfect for someone who loves cooking, thrives in a fast-paced but friendly environment, and is ready to take on leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes according to our recipes and standards.

Lead and support fellow line cooks during service.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Assist with training and mentoring new kitchen staff.

Work closely with the Sous Chef/Head Chef to ensure quality and consistency.
Requirements:

2+ years of kitchen or line cook experience (lead experience preferred).

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for food and attention to detail.

Availability for evenings and weekends.
