Customer Service Responsibilities
Cashier
- Greet and serve guests with warmth and personality
- Accurately ring up orders and promote upselling opportunities
- Walk guests through the menu to maximize their experience
- Resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
- Handle cash/credit transactions and apply discounts as needed
- Maintain a clean station and comply with food safety standards
- Champion the BurgerFi standard: Quality, Service, & Cleanliness
- Complete other tasks as assigned by leadership
