Job Summary
We are hiring a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations for outdoor furniture, wall panels, and architectural décor materials. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for inventory accuracy, staff supervision, shipping coordination, and safe handling of oversized and high-value products.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing, shipping
- Supervise and assign tasks to warehouse staff
- Handle and store large, heavy, and oversized items
- Manage inventory counts, accuracy, and organization
- Coordinate inbound freight and outbound LTL/FTL shipments
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Inspect shipments for damage and quality control
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards (OSHA)
- Communicate order status with operations and logistics teams
- Train and support warehouse team members
Requirements
- 3+ years warehouse experience
- 1+ year in a lead or supervisor role
- Experience with bulky or construction-related materials preferred
- Forklift experience (certification a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Strong organization and leadership skills
- Basic computer and inventory system experience
- Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
Preferred
- Outdoor furniture, building materials, or wall panel experience
- LTL freight and crating knowledge
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
