Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions has an Accounts Payable Specialist role open with our client in Boca Raton, FL. This is an onsite , direct hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Scan, code and process invoices daily utilizing two/three-way matching
  • Perform weekly check runs, as well as invoice & vendor statement reconciliations
  • Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies
  • Set up new vendors

Experience

  • Three+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience required

Skills/Knowledge

  • Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and accounting software/ERP systems knowledge required
  • High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Solid communication, customer service, and organizational skills

Education

  • High school diploma; Associate degree in Accounting preferred

Work Hours/Pay Rate

  • Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
  • $55-60K
