We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Flow Accountant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics to join the finance team of a global company. This role will be responsible for managing and forecasting the company's cash flow while also designing, implementing, and optimizing a cash flow management system within Microsoft Dynamics. The ideal candidate is both technically adept and financially savvy, with the ability to translate business requirements into efficient system workflows and reporting tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze cash inflows and outflows, ensuring liquidity and optimal use of funds.
• Design and implement a cash flow reporting and forecasting system within Microsoft Dynamics.
• Automate cash flow processes and integrate data from multiple sources for improved accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with IT, finance, and operations teams to configure and customize Dynamics for treasury and cash management functions.
• Create dashboards, KPIs, and management reports to provide actionable insights on cash positions.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities related to cash, bank reconciliations, and working capital.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Provide training and documentation for finance team members on Dynamics cash flow tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of cash flow forecasting and management experience
• Hands-on experience designing or configuring financial systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong knowledge of cash flow principles, working capital, and treasury processes
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; BI tools experience a plus
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
