LED has been retained to search for a highly experienced Administrative Assistant for a services industry. If you enjoy a fast paced environment, professional growth and have exceptional organizational skills and initiative then, read on as this opportunity might be for you.

Customer care and relationship building are a key component of this position as well as coordinating and scheduling services and providing follow-up while maintaining customers data up to date. Generates accurate customer statements and work orders.
An Associates degree in Business or relevant experience in a similar position is required. Capable of working independently with a high level of accuracy in data entry. An effective communicator with exceptional grammar and writing skills. Proficient with Quickbooks, Microsoft Suite, and Internet search. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
