Job Description

Interamerican Bank is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Secretary to support our CEO. This on-site role requires a proactive professional who can manage sensitive information and coordinate executive schedules.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and appointments.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
  • Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience (banking or financial services experience preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and graphics tools; familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
