A multi-practice law firm is seeking an experienced Receptionist, to join its growing team.
Our Receptionist is often the first person with whom clients and visitors interact. He/she is
important to the image of the firm and must be friendly, professional and articulate. The ideal
candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to communicate
with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, vendors, staff, and others.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Manage the flow of lobby traffic, greet guests, and alert employees when visitors arrive
Maintain a tidy and orderly reception area and conference room
Receive and sort incoming mail and packages
Assist walk-in clients & potential clients with case inquiries & general questions
Additional responsibilities as assigned
The ideal candidate will be organized, able to multi-task, computer savvy and a team player.
Candidate should be patient, tactful, diplomatic and able to deal with an array of personalities
& situations. Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year customer service related experience
Minimum of 2 years legal reception / front desk experience preferred
English/Spanish preferred
Professional appearance and demeanor required
Windows environment PC skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
