Location: Boca Raton, FL (On-site)
Pay: $20/hr + Commission (Top performers can earn up to $100K)
Model: Direct Hire
Start Date: Early January (6 openings)
About the Role
We’re hiring Inside Sales Representatives for a luxury, high-touch call center. This role is ideal for polished, empathetic professionals who can balance care and confidence while converting warm leads into in-person consultations.
You'll be part of a supportive team environment that values professionalism, compassion, and strong follow-through.
? What You’ll Do
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into booked consultations
• Handle 30–50 inbound calls/day + outbound follow-ups
• Deliver a warm, white-glove customer experience
• Manage follow-ups, reschedules, and re-engagement calls
• Maintain detailed notes in Salesforce
• Collaborate closely with Sales Specialists

Required Experience
• 3+ years call center experience (non-negotiable)
• Proven success with inbound call volume + outbound follow-ups
• Appointment setting experience
• High-touch, luxury service environment experience
• Salesforce or RingCentral a plus
• Bilingual Spanish a strong plus
Soft Skills
• Empathetic and warm communicator
• Polished, professional phone presence
• Strong follow-through and commitment to quality
• Coachable, confident, and reliable
?? Schedule
Training (first 2 weeks):
• Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
After training:
• Tuesday–Saturday | 1 PM – 10 PM
• Rotating weekday off
