What You’ll Do
As an FSR at Innovations, you’ll be a frontline ambassador delivering exceptional service:
Member Relationships & Accounts
- Open and maintain deposit, business, and IRA accounts
- Understand member needs and recommend solutions
Lending Support & Consultation
- Assist with loan applications and basic lending guidance
- FSR III supports coaching within the team
Transactions & Service Delivery
- Accurately process member transactions
- Maintain cash drawer balance and compliance
Team Engagement & Development
- Participate in ongoing training
- Contribute to branch goals and promotional campaigns
Operational Excellence
- Uphold branch standards and service expectations
Who You Are
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Comfortable making decisions and solving problems
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform routine branch tasks
