Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $3200 per month (escalating to $4000 in the 3rd month) + uncapped commission

IBuyCars is growing fast, and we’re looking for Inside Sales Representatives who can own the phones and turn conversations into sales.
We connect private car sellers across the country with trusted dealerships ready to buy. Our platform helps dealers source quality vehicles directly from motivated sellers — quickly, efficiently, and profitably.

What You’ll Do
- Engage business decision-makers by phone using our proven sales process and dialer system
- Build relationships with dealership owners, buyers, and general managers
- Present and sell IBuyCars lead packages — turning interest into signed accounts
- Manage follow-ups, overcome objections, and consistently hit activity and sales goals
- Maintain organized notes and updates in our CRM / Lead Tracker
- Provide feedback from conversations to help improve campaigns and messaging

Requirements
- Full-time, on-site in Jupiter, FL
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Prior phone sales, call-center, or B2B experience preferred, but not required
- Comfortable working within a dialer and CRM environment
