Location: Weston, FL (Onsite)Pay Rate: $20–$22/hourEmployment Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team onsite in Weston, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AP processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and timely
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices (3-way matching)
- Review and verify invoice approvals and coding
- Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain vendor files and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in Accounting or related field a plus
Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $45,760.00 per hour
