Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional service and experiences? Watermelon Swim has a great opportunity for dynamic and client-focused individuals to join our melonstatic team as a part-time Customer Service Representative.
As a key member of Team Melon, you will:
· Manage the Front Desk.
· Greet clients with a professional and hospitable welcome, providing exceptional customer service.
· Assist clients with information, purchases, scheduling, questions and/or concerns promptly and professionally.
· Work collaboratively and seamlessly with other team members and management to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Characteristics, Skills and Qualifications necessary for success:
· Passionate, friendly, organized, and dependable.
· Front Desk experience and solid customer service skills
· Excellent communication skills to easily build relationships, assess customer needs, and recommend the best services.
· Knowledge of multi-line phone system, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
· Must be at least 18 years old.
