Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
- Analyze customer issues to provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold company standards in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions in the company database for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or office environment. Has experience in the insurance industry.
- Must be experienced with quoting and selling homeowner's & auto insurance.
- 20-44 or 4-40 license required.
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications related to customer service operations.
- Experience with cash handling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
